Shashank, Classical Indian Flutist
Indian flutist Shashank Subramananyam continues the legacy of Indianclassical music known to most westerners through the music of Ravi Shankar. At this event, Shashank will discuss and perform Indian rhythm patterns of improvisation, vocal improvisation, Indian classical flute playing, and traditional compositions from the masters.This event is free and open to the public.
